What type of file do I need?

The better the file, the better your prints will be.
For best print services, please provide hi-res files with a transparent background in the following formats: .pdf, .esp, .ai, .psd, .tiff, or .pngs.

What if I don’t have the proper file?

Our in-house graphic designers can create or edit any files.
Editing starts at $10 for simple background removal/colour changes.
Design starts at $25 for simple graphics/texts.
File re-creation starts at $50.
Please inquire for all other services.

Do you offer same day services?

We do, however it depends on what is already in the queue for that day. Please email your files by 10am with all information required and follow up with a phone call if you do require same day services.
If we can, we will always try to make it happen :)

What forms of payment do you take?

We take cash or EMT to info@customprintlab.ca

How to find us:

We are located inside the beautiful Cotton Factory on Sherman Ave North. However, due to construction and closures, the entrance closest to us is currently closed and you must enter thru the tenant parking lot.
If you are coming down Sherman, turn right onto Landsdowne Ave, pass the whole building and turn left into the tenant parking lot. Our entrance is through the green doors are near Biggar Ave (by the garbage bins).
